In March 2020, I used the Ortery 3D Bench 280 to photograph 50 knives and knife block sets as 360 degree photography at House.com.au. I also have experience with Orbitvu Alpha Shot X when Catch.com.au purchased the system in 2018. I trained the photographers in the beginning and ironed out any troubleshooting, template setup with the vendor from Poland (origin of Orbitvu). The software for both platforms is vastly different but the concept is similar. On average it takes about a month to perfect the process and get used to shooting with machine if you are trained on camera, however due to my previous experiences and my approach with taking up new systems or new software, it took me 48 hours. The rest was just trial and error, as well as patience and testing.

Below are few knives and knife blocks that I shot with the Ortery 3D Bench 280. Careful! they are sharp!
